Ingredients:

1.5 ounces Gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz rose syrup ** 2 oz sparkling soda
Rose Syrup
1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp rose water

5 rose petals- organic not from florist/or out of your yard not sprayed
(Simmer until dissolved, petal optional it adds a nice blush and flavor)

Add all except sparkling to shaker over ice. Shake 10-15 seconds pour over ice top with sparkling garnish with petal and lemon or chug that bitch.
